Produits beaux et bons. Mention spéciale pour le brookie! Le flan a une pâte délicieuse mais l'appareil vanille est plutôt quelconque et assez sucré. Seul bémol nous avons été servis par un jeune homme (apprenti ?) un peu nonchalant et pas très souriant.

The products were beautiful and delicious. Special mention for the brookie! The flan had a delightful crust, but the vanilla filling was rather bland and quite sweet. The only downside was that we were served by a young man (an apprentice?) who was a bit nonchalant and not very friendly.

Depuis le changement de propriétaires, la qualité des produits a grandement baissé. Nous regrettons l’ancien propriétaire Rémy. De plus, le gérant de la boutique est adorable et nous sert toujours avec le sourire en faisant son maximum (heureusement qu’il est là c’est lui qui nous fait revenir), mais il s’agirait peut être d’employer quelqu’un d’autre pour ne pas l’épuiser ? À bon entendeur.

Since the change of ownership, the quality of the products has significantly declined. We miss the former owner, Rémy. Furthermore, the shop manager is lovely and always serves us with a smile, doing his very best (thank goodness he's there; he's the one who keeps us coming back), but perhaps it would be wise to hire someone else so as not to burn him out? Just a thought.

The most amazing pastries ive had in Paris!We kept coming back every morning till the end of our trip! I will definitely remember this place for the future.Make sure you go and try the Madeleine!

Ça ne devrait pas être permis de récupérer la notation Google d’un établissement, pratique trompeuse pour le client. En effet, Remy Carré avait des produits bien meilleurs mais aussi moins chers. Il nous manque!
